Ian Holdsworth Chartered Surveyors, registered as IHCS Ltd, are a Quality Assured Independent Chartered Surveyors based near Nottingham and undertake a variety of surveying work throughout the UK. The Practice is a regulated Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) company, a member of Constructionline (the government listing of approved construction contractors) and is registered as an assured contractor on the UVDB database. IHCS Ltd. are approved by the RICS as Registered Valuers.
