The Practice has extensive experience and specialised knowledge of the planning system, enabling the delivery of a service tailored to meet a client's individual requirements. This has in the past included successfully securing planning consent for a variety of schemes both commercial and residential. The Practice has particular expertise in obtaining planning consent for utility equipment including Pipelines, Electricity Over Head Lines, Sub Stations, Cable Joint Bays and AGI/Gas Governors.

We also have many years of experience of negotiating on behalf of land owners Development Option Agreements conditional on planning approval.

Refurbishment and Maintenance
Since inception the Practice has carried out on behalf of residential clients' the design and supervision of residential refurbishment, conversion and maintenance schemes. This work is for a range of private and Plc clients' including a number of Housing Associations in the East Midlands. We also regularly specify and supervise maintenance work for flat managers dealing with reactive and routine maintenance to properties throughout the Midlands.
